Ten months of investigation into the OCA scandal by the Special Investigative Committee (SIC) came to fruition today as Bishop Benjamin of San Francisco presented the Committee's findings in a 32-page Report (with 67 pages of appedices) to an historic joint meeting of the Synod of Bishops and Metropolitan Council this morning in Syosset.
The Report - containing both findings, short and long term recommendations - is a devastating indictment of the former and current Metropolitan's administrations.
